Body Well® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Join us for a celebratory Mother's Day Mommy & Me tea party at Cottage Lake Park on Monday, May 9th at 11am! Mothers will enjoy delicious tea and cakes while our littles will enjoy healthy tea party snacks. Have your little one(s) grab their favorite teddy bear for a pretend tea party station. Coloring and bubble station will be available, as well. We can't wait to celebrate the joy of motherhood with you and your child(ren)!

Get your quick feet moving with a NEW class designed to increase your endurance while developing your speed, agility, and quickness. Training your body to perform with precision between aerobic steady-state and breathlessness is hard to do, but you'll master it in this 60-minute workout. This class is great for any woman looking to add a cardio and conditioning workout to her schedule. Strollers are welcome but optional as well.


Stroller Barre

A unique blend of barre, Pilates, yoga and ballet combined with all the things you love about Stroller Strides! The country's only stroller-based barre class! Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin classes at any point during your pregnancy as the prenatal workouts are designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything mama-to-be needs during this precious time as you grow your little one!

Running Club

Have you always dreamed of crossing the finish line of a race, but aren't sure where to start? Are you unsure of how to get back into running after having a baby? Are you a seasoned runner wanting to increase your pace or mileage?

Run Club is for all ability levels, no experience required. Our certified FIT4MOM Eastside Run Club coaches will guide you through your training, helping you safely build and improve your running skills through accountability and support.

Spring is the best time of the year to lace up those running shoes and hit the trail! We are kicking off our Spring 2024 session, which includes 8 weeks of training and in-person run club meet ups at trail locations throughout the Eastside!
  • An individualized weekly training plan, that will periodize your training so you build-up your mileage gradually and safely.
  • Digital Run Club Resource Guide that includes education and information to support your in your training
  • Informative emails (with new content) discussing running-related subjects, such as proper form; hydration/fuel; shoes; stretching; injury prevention
  • Regular check-ins from your coaches to keep you accountable
  • A private closed Facebook group for all participants to help motivate, encourage and support your training
  • Weekly stretching and conditioning exercises provided to help enhance and support your training
  • A supportive community of other Run Club women to encourage, motivate you, and cheer you on
  • We will be celebrating the end of our Run Club+ Spring session with a fun Finish Line Race at The Kirkland Half and 5K, formerly known as The Kirkland Mother's Day Run!
