Terms and conditions for Unlimited Monthly Stroller-Based Membership
- Non-Refundable
- Non-Transferable
- Monthly membership fee will be charged to your credit card automatically every month on the day your started your membership.
- All memberships are a minimum of three months.
- The charge will be listed as "Ctrl Alt You, LLC"
- Auto pay will continue until you notify us to cancel your membership.
- A cancellation fee of $85 will be charged to your account if you cancel within the first 30 days of your membership.
- To
cancel your membership, you must give a 30-day notice to Jamie over email (jamieambrose@fit4mom.com) or choose to
pay the $85 cancellation fee (paying the cancellation fee waves the 30-day notice requirement).
