In-person Body Well™ 8 Week Session

Our Body Well program is about the journey -- about taking 8 weeks just for you, one day at a time -- for your body and soul. In this 8-week program, you will join our mamahood sisterhood; a community full of support, encouragement, and TLC. Beyond the workout portion of this program, you will also gain access to educational resources that will teach you how to manage stress (amongst the craziness of mom-life), sleep better so you feel well-rested (even with lack of sleep), and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients (with a full nutrition and recipe guide).

Body Well™ includes:

  • Two weekly in-person and outdoor, HIIT workouts
  • Access to all our Body Well™ HIIT workout recordings for the entire session.
  • Personalized support and accountability from your coach.
  • Private Facebook Group for community support, camaraderie, and motivation.
  • Pre and post fitness assessments to measure your progress.
  • Digital nutrition guide and recipe book with a new look and new, seasonal recipes.
  • Weekly reflections journal and habit tracker.
  • Registered Dietitian on staff to answer any of your nutrition questions.
  • Weekly challenges that focus on maternal health, stress reduction, and reinforcing healthy habits for nutrition, sleep, and overall wellness.

*We recommend that you be at least 3-months postpartum to participate in this program.

Cancellation Policy: The purchase of a Body Back session is non-refundable and non-transferable.

COVID-19 Safety Precautions:

-ALL instructors and mamas will be required to wear a face mask covering the nose and the mouth upon arrival and departure.
-Clients will receive a waiver to sign regarding COVID-19 safety guidelines they agree to follow throughout the 8-week in-person session.
-Instructor will perform touchless thermometer reading prior to class. Any temperature reading above 100.4 is considered a fever and you will be asked to leave.
-Please bring your own mat, water, and resistance band and/or weights. No equipment will be shared.

LOCATION:

-Class will be held outside on the top-floor of the parking garage located on the south-west corner of NE 74th St & 164th Ave NE. You can easily find this parking garage by searching for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and/or Cold Stone Creamery (address: 7345 164th Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98052). If there is rain, we will still meet in this parking garage, but on the 2nd level instead of the top-floor.


CLASS SIZES, TIMES, AND ENROLLMENT:

-Classes will be limited to 12 mamas and 1 instructor with at least 17' social distance between each person.
