Family Stroller Strides classes happen on weekends and holidays and spouses can come to class with a Stroller Strides member or punch card holder for FREE! Just let your spouse use your extra bands and bring an additional yoga mat if wanted.

Get your quick feet moving with a NEW class designed to increase your endurance while developing your speed, agility, and quickness. Training your body to perform with precision between aerobic steady-state and breathlessness is hard to do, but you'll master it in this 60-minute workout. This class is great for any woman looking to add a cardio and conditioning workout to her schedule. Strollers are welcome but optional as well.


Prenatal Fitness

FIT4BABY

FIT4BABY prenatal fitness classes are designed specifically for pregnant moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin classes at any point during your pregnancy as the prenatal workouts are designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything mama-to-be needs during this precious time as you grow your little one!

FIT4BABY Open House Free

Are you expecting and been wanting to try our prenatal fitness classes? Come join us at our free FIT4BABY Open House! This class is similar to what you would experience in one of our FIT4BABY classes located our at studio in Redmond Town Center, on Microsoft Campus or at Evergreen Hospital. Body Back 8 Week Session in Redmond

Body Back is a results-based program that combines two high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts per week with nutritional coaching, food journals, meal planning, recipes, nutritional support, before/after fitness assessments, body measurements, and photos, at-home workouts and an amazing community of women.

TRX Sculpt is suspension training using your own body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. A TRX workout is an effective total-body workout and benefits all exercise levels. Unlike other TRX classes, in TRX Sculpt, you will spend the entire class in studio and on the straps.

HIIT Body Back Boost is a high-intensity interval training, drop-in workout at our FIT4MOM Eastside Studio in Redmond Town Center. HIIT workouts include short periods of anaerobic exercise with recovery periods.

HIIT Body Back Boost is a high-intensity interval training, drop-in workout at the Lytle House in Bothell Landing Park. HIIT workouts include short periods of anaerobic exercise with recovery periods.

Stretch, strengthen and find steadiness in this flow yoga class. Throughout the one hour practice, we will combine different postures with breath in a vinyasa-style class designed to open and engage all muscle groups. We will move through a variety of poses designed to help us find stability, power and grace. Class will include seated and standing poses, movement, stretching and close with a brief meditation. All levels of yogis are invited and the Studio will not be heated. Expecting moms welcome! Please bring your own mat.

Friday Night FitClub

Join us one Friday a month for a different HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout! We change up the formats and themes each month!

"Ask The Expert" Exercise Workshop

New to fitness or looking to perfecting your workout form? This is the class for you! Join our FIT4MOM Eastside Physical Therapist for a free, one hour class! She will review staple exercises that we use in FIT4MOM classes! This class is free but space is limited, so please make sure that you enroll so your spot is reserved!

TRX Fundamentals Free

TRX Fundamentals is a free, instructional class. During class we will show you how to smoothly get in and out of the suspension straps and also how to perfect your form during TRX classes.

Club FIT4MOM Free

Join FIT4MOM Eastside for a fun, free night! Club FIT4MOM is one huge, one-hour workout with all your favorite FIT4MOM coaches, a live DJ and sweaty fun! This event is free! Please pre enroll and sign our online waiver before attend. Event is open to all women! Party fitness attire encouraged.

Running Club

Run Club $99Purchase required to enroll

Have you always dreamed of crossing the finish line of a race, but aren't sure where to start? Are you unsure of how to get back into running after having a baby? Our Run Club is a great way to start! It is intended for all levels of experience and speeds - everyone is welcome!

Each Run Club session provides the following:

  • A weekly training plan, that will periodize your training so you build up your mileage gradually
  • Informative talks on running related subjects, such as: proper form; hydration/fuel; shoes; stretching; injury prevention
  • A private, closed Facebook group for all participants
  • Weekly Sunday group runs

Sessions run through the year! On a personal note, for as much of an impact FIT4MOM has had on my life, this is probably my very favorite program. Joining a FIT4MOM Run Club 6 years ago is how I found my very own tribe of runners, and is what got me through many miles and races. I could never have guessed that one simple signup could turn out to be so life changing, and I am so excited to share this program with other runners!
