A TRX workout is an effective total-body workout and benefits all exercise levels. Unlike other TRX classes, in TRX Sculpt, you will spend the entire class in studio and on the straps.

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger and begging for more. Dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you move and feel better. A perfect complement to any cardio class or activity you currently enjoy, this easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you!

Yoga 1 visit freeFrom $17 per visit with FIT4MOM 20-Class All Access Pass pass

Stretch, strengthen and find steadiness in this flow yoga class. Throughout the one hour practice, we will combine different postures with breath in a vinyasa-style class designed to open and engage all muscle groups. We will move through a variety of poses designed to help us find stability, power and grace. Class will include seated and standing poses, movement, stretching and close with a brief meditation. All levels of yogis are invited and the Studio will not be heated. Expecting moms welcome! Please bring your own mat.

FIT4MOM Workout For Charity Free

Come and support Jennifer and Josh Quesada! Parents to five kiddos, John has been battling cancer for over a year and they need our help! Join us for a fun, 90's themed Katie Whitley workout! (90's attire is encouraged!) The workout is free to you as we would LOVE for you to give what you can. Gift cards to Haggen, Fred Meyer, and Target are also welcome! Virtual Form Workshop

New to fitness or looking to perfecting your workout form? This is the class for you! Join our FIT4MOM Instructor, Erica, for a 30-minute class! She will review staple exercises that we use in FIT4MOM classes and teach you proper exercise technique and form. This class will be held virtually. Please be sure to enroll so you receive the private Zoom link and password.

This one-hour flow is designed to invigorate your body and get your heart pumping. While still staying true to the mantra, "your practice is a moving meditation", this class will pick up the pace just a bit, while we will move through a variety of poses designed to help us find stability, power and grace. Virtual Stretch and Meditation Free

Join us for the virtual 15 min class to stretch the body and calm the mind. Zoom link will be sent to registered clients through Pike 13.

The Black Mamas Matter Alliance serves as a national voice and coordinating entity for stakeholders advancing maternal health, rights, and justice. BMMA provides technical assistance, trainings, and capacity building for grassroots organizations, maternity care service providers (e.g. clinicians, midwives, doula networks and community health workers), academia, and the public health industry. We foster connections and collaborations between mainstream entities and Black women-led initiatives. We recognize that maternal mortality and morbidity is a global concern and we frame domestic maternal health policy within the global context.
