TRX Suspension Training

TRX is suspension training using your own body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. A TRX workout is an effective total-body workout and benefits all exercise levels.

TRX Sculpt is suspension training using your own body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. A TRX workout is an effective total-body workout and benefits all exercise levels. Unlike other TRX classes, in TRX Sculpt, you will spend the entire class in studio and on the straps.

Yoga 1 visit freeFrom $17 per visit with FIT4MOM 20-Class All Access Pass pass

Stretch, strengthen and find steadiness in this flow yoga class. Throughout the one hour practice, we will combine different postures with breath in a vinyasa-style class designed to open and engage all muscle groups. We will move through a variety of poses designed to help us find stability, power and grace. Class will include seated and standing poses, movement, stretching and close with a brief meditation. All levels of yogis are invited and the Studio will not be heated. Expecting moms welcome! Please bring your own mat.

Virtual Form Workshop

New to fitness or looking to perfecting your workout form? This is the class for you! Join our FIT4MOM Instructor, Erica, for a 30-minute class! She will review staple exercises that we use in FIT4MOM classes and teach you proper exercise technique and form. This class will be held virtually. Please be sure to enroll so you receive the private Zoom link and password.

Virtual HIIT Class Free

Join our instructors for a fun HIIT workout at home, a zoom link will be sent to you through our Pike13 system.

Virtual Body Ignite/Strength Class Free

HIIT is a 60-minute high-intensity interval training, drop-in workout at our FIT4MOM Eastside Studio in Redmond Town Center. HIIT workouts include short periods of anaerobic exercise with recovery periods.
