Get your quick feet moving with a NEW class designed to increase your endurance while developing your speed, agility, and quickness. Training your body to perform with precision between aerobic steady-state and breathlessness is hard to do, but you'll master it in this 60-minute workout. This class is great for any woman looking to add a cardio and conditioning workout to her schedule. Strollers are welcome but optional as well.


Stroller Barre

A unique blend of barre, Pilates, yoga and ballet combined with all the things you love about Stroller Strides! The country's only stroller-based barre class! Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Meet the Violin Free No purchase required to enroll

Calling all music-loving families! Join us for a hands-on event with Seattle Violin Studio owner and FIT4MOM mama Jenelle Birnbaum. The afternoon will include performances, introductory violin activities and culminate with a violin petting zoo. Shout out to Bischofberger Violins for providing the violins. Jenelle will also give an overview on getting started with violin lessons.

FIT4BABY prenatal fitness classes are designed specifically for pregnant moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin classes at any point during your pregnancy as the prenatal workouts are designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything mama-to-be needs during this precious time as you grow your little one!

Happy Summer, Mamas!!

Grab a friend and join your FIT4MOM Eastside Village for a fun morning hike on the beautiful Rattlesnake Ridge Trail on Sunday, June 30th!! This is such a fun way to move and connect with other moms and girl, are the views at the top breathtaking!
We will meet as a group at Redmond Town Center at 8:00am and we can carpool together to the trailhead right outside North Bend. If you want to drive separately, plan on being at the trailhead at 8:30am. (As the date gets closer, check back for additional details about in this event space for a list of other carpool mamas!)

Afterwards, we will go have brunch at North Bend Bar & Grill! If you want to scope out the menu beforehand visit their website at, https://www.northbendbarandgrill.com/.

****Note: I have had questions asking if this hike is suitable for pregnant mamas! YES! We can also split the group into a group that might want a more intense climb, and a group that wants to take a more relaxed climb!

From Seattle, drive east on I-90 to exit 32 for 436th Avenue SE. Turn right onto 436th Avenue SE, also signed as Cedar Falls Road SE. Proceed about four miles down the road to the Rattlesnake Lake parking lot on the right.
